كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par 'Abdur-Rahman bin Ka'b bin Malik, d'après son père : L'envoyé du Messager d'Allah est venu me voir et a dit : "Éloigne-toi de ta femme." J'ai dit : "Dois-je la divorcer ?" Il a dit : "Non, mais ne t'approche pas d'elle." Et il (le narrateur) n'a pas mentionné (les mots) : "Va chez ta famille

أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَوْرٍ - عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ إِذَا رَسُولٌ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَدْ أَتَانِي فَقَالَ اعْتَزِلِ امْرَأَتَكَ . فَقُلْتُ أُطَلِّقُهَا قَالَ لاَ وَلَكِنْ لاَ تَقْرَبْهَا . وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ الْحَقِي بِأَهْلِكِ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Abdur-Rahman bin Ka'b bin Malik that his father said:"The envoy of the Messenger of Allah came to me and said: 'Keep away from your wife.' I said: 'Should I divorce her?' He said: 'No, but do not approach her.'" And he (the narrator) did not mention (the words): "Go to your family
Traduction en ourdou
عبدالرحمٰن بن کعب اپنے والد کعب بن مالک رضی الله عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے اپنے واقعے کے ذکر میں بتایا: اچانک رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا ایک قاصد میرے پاس آیا اور کہا تم اپنی بیوی سے جدا ہو جاؤ، میں نے اس سے کہا: میں اسے طلاق دے دوں، اس نے کہا نہیں، طلاق نہ دو، لیکن اس کے قریب بھی نہ جاؤ۔ اس حدیث میں انہوں نے «الحقی باھلک» کا ذکر نہیں کیا ہے۔
