Hadith 3425 — Livre 27: The Book of Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Ma'qil, d'après Az-Zuhri, qui a dit : Abdur-Rahman bin 'Abdullah bin Ka'b a raconté que son oncle paternel 'Ubaidullah bin Ka'b a dit : "J'ai entendu mon père Ka'b dire : Le Messager d'Allah nous a envoyé un message à moi et à mes deux compagnons disant : Le Messager d'Allah vous ordonne de vous éloigner de vos femmes. J'ai dit à l'envoyé : Dois-je divorcer de ma femme, ou que dois-je faire ? Il a dit : Non, éloigne-toi simplement d'elle et ne t'approche pas d'elle. J'ai dit à ma femme : Va chez ta famille et reste avec eux jusqu'à ce qu'Allah, le Tout-Puissant et Majestueux, décide (de mon sort). Elle y est donc allée

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْدَانَ بْنِ عِيسَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَعْيَنَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْقِلٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي كَعْبًا، يُحَدِّثُ قَالَ أَرْسَلَ إِلَىَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَإِلَى صَاحِبَىَّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَنْ تَعْتَزِلُوا نِسَاءَكُمْ فَقُلْتُ لِلرَّسُولِ أُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتِي أَمْ مَاذَا أَفْعَلُ قَالَ لاَ بَلْ تَعْتَزِلُهَا وَلاَ تَقْرَبْهَا . فَقُلْتُ لاِمْرَأَتِي الْحَقِي بِأَهْلِكِ فَكُونِي فِيهِمْ حَتَّى يَقْضِيَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ . فَلَحِقَتْ بِهِمْ . خَالَفَهُ مَعْمَرٌ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ma'qil, from Az-Zuhri who said:"Abdur-Rahman bin 'Abdullah bin Ka'b narrated that his paternal uncle 'Ubaidullah bin Ka'b said: 'I heard my father Ka'b say: The Messenger of Allah sent word to me and my two companions saying: The Messenger of Allah commands you to keep away from your wives. I said to the envoy: Should I divorce my wife, or what should I do? He said: No, just keep away from her and do not come near her. I said to my wife: Go to your family and stay with them until Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, decides (concerning me). So she went to them

عبیداللہ بن کعب کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے اپنے والد کعب رضی اللہ عنہ کو بیان کرتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے میرے اور میرے دونوں ( پیچھے رہ جانے والے ) ساتھیوں کے پاس یہ پیغام دے کر بھیجا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تم لوگوں کو حکم دیتے ہیں کہ تم لوگ اپنی بیویوں سے جدا ہو جاؤ، میں نے پیغام لانے والے سے کہا: میں اپنی بیوی کو طلاق دے دوں یا کیا کروں؟ اس نے کہا: نہیں، طلاق نہ دو، بلکہ اس سے الگ رہو، اس کے قریب نہ جاؤ، ( یہ سن کر ) میں نے اپنی بیوی سے کہا: تم اپنے گھر والوں کے پاس چلی جاؤ اور جب تک اللہ عزوجل فیصلہ نہ کر دے انہیں لوگوں میں رہو، تو بیوی انہیں لوگوں کے پاس جا کر رہنے لگی۔ ( ابوعبدالرحمٰن نسائی کہتے ہیں ) معمر نے معقل کے خلاف ذکر کیا ہے ۱؎۔
