Rapporté par Qatadah : J’ai demandé à Anas bin Malik comment le Prophète (ﷺ) récitait, et il a répondu : “Il prolongeait sa voix.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ عَنْ قِرَاءَةِ النَّبِيِّ، ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ كَانَ يَمُدُّ صَوْتَهُ مَدًّا .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Qatadah said; “I asked Anas bin Malik about the recitation of the Prophet (ﷺ) and he said:‘He used to elongate his voice.’”

قتادہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی قراءت کے متعلق پوچھا، تو انہوں نے کہا: آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنی آواز کو کھینچتے تھے۔
