كتاب إقامة الصلاة والسنن فيها
Rapporté par Ghudaif bin Harith : Je suis allé voir ‘Aïsha et j’ai demandé : “Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) récitait-il le Coran à voix haute ou à voix basse ?” Elle a répondu : “Parfois il récitait à voix haute et parfois à voix basse.” J’ai dit : “Allahu Akbar ! Louange à Allah qui a fait de cette question une affaire de large portée.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ بُرْدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ نُسَىٍّ، عَنْ غُضَيْفِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ أَتَيْتُ عَائِشَةَ فَقُلْتُ أَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَجْهَرُ بِالْقُرْآنِ أَوْ يُخَافِتُ بِهِ قَالَتْ رُبَّمَا جَهَرَ وَرُبَّمَا خَافَتَ . قُلْتُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي جَعَلَ فِي هَذَا الأَمْرِ سَعَةً .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Ghudaif bin Harith said:“I came to ‘Aishah and asked: ‘Did the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) recite Qur’an loudly or softly?’ She said: ‘Sometimes he would recite loud and sometimes softly.’ I said, ‘Allahu Akbar! Praise is to Allah Who has made this matter one of broad scope.’”
Traduction en ourdou
غضیف بن حارث کہتے ہیں کہ میں ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے پاس آیا، اور ان سے پوچھا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم قرآن بلند آواز سے پڑھتے تھے یا آہستہ؟ انہوں نے کہا: کبھی بلند آواز سے پڑھتے تھے اور کبھی آہستہ، میں نے کہا: اللہ اکبر، شکر ہے اس اللہ کا جس نے اس معاملہ میں وسعت رکھی ہے۔
