Rapporté par Mu’awiyah bin Qurrah, d’après son père : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) m’a envoyé vers un homme qui avait épousé la femme de son père après sa mort, pour le mettre à mort (l’exécuter) et confisquer ses biens

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ابْنُ أَخِي الْحُسَيْنِ الْجُعْفِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مَنَازِلَ التَّيْمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ أَبِي كَرِيمَةَ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةَ أَبِيهِ أَنْ أَضْرِبَ عُنُقَهُ وَأُصَفِّيَ مَالَهُ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah that his father said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent me to a man who had married his father's wife after he died, to strike his neck (execute him) and confiscate his wealth.”
Traduction en ourdou
قرہ بن ایاس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھے ایسے شخص کے پاس بھیجا جس نے اپنے باپ کی بیوی سے شادی کر لی تھی، تاکہ میں اس کی گردن اڑا دوں اور اس کا سارا مال لے لوں ۱؎۔
