Hadith 2609 — Livre 20: The Chapters on Legal Punishments
كتاب الحدود
Rapporté par Ibn Abbas : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “Celui qui prétend appartenir à quelqu’un d’autre que son père, ou (un esclave affranchi) qui dit que son Wala appartient à un autre qu’à son véritable maître, la malédiction d’Allah (SWT), des anges et de tous les gens sera sur lui.”

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ، بَكْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الضَّيْفِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنِ انْتَسَبَ إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ أَوْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلاَئِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Whoever claims to belong to someone other than his father, or (a freed slave) who claims that his Wala is for other than his real master, the curse of Allah (SWT), the angels and all the people will be upon him.”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو اپنے کو اپنے والد کے علاوہ کسی اور کی طرف منسوب کرے، یا ( کوئی غلام یا لونڈی ) اپنے مالک کے بجائے کسی اور کو مالک بنائے تو اللہ تعالیٰ کی، فرشتوں کی اور تمام لوگوں کی اس پر لعنت ہے ۔
