Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْيَحْصُبِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُسْرٍ الْمَازِنِيِّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ " كِيلُوا طَعَامَكُمْ يُبَارَكْ لَكُمْ فِيهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abdullah bin Busr Al-Mazini said:"I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'Measure your food, may you be blessed therein

عبداللہ بن بسر مازنی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا ہے: اپنا اناج ناپ لیا کرو، اس میں تمہارے لیے برکت ہو گی ۔
