Practical parenting
- Teach faith through example and love before instruction.
- Respect both sets of grandparents and family gatherings without compromising belief.
- Agree early on names, circumcision, schooling and halal food.
- Keep disputes calm in front of the children.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ قُوٓاْ أَنفُسَكُمۡ وَأَهۡلِيكُمۡ نَارٗا وَقُودُهَا ٱلنَّاسُ وَٱلۡحِجَارَةُ عَلَيۡهَا مَلَٰٓئِكَةٌ غِلَاظٞ شِدَادٞ لَّا يَعۡصُونَ ٱللَّهَ مَآ أَمَرَهُمۡ وَيَفۡعَلُونَ مَا يُؤۡمَرُونَ归信的人们啊！你们当为自身和家属而预防那以人和石为燃料的火刑，主持火刑的，是许多残忍而严厉的天使，他们不违抗安拉的命令，他们执行自己所奉的训令。
لَّا يَنۡهَىٰكُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَمۡ يُقَٰتِلُوكُمۡ فِي ٱلدِّينِ وَلَمۡ يُخۡرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَٰرِكُمۡ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمۡ وَتُقۡسِطُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُقۡسِطِينَ未曾为你们的宗教而对你们作战，也未曾把你们从故乡驱逐出境者，安拉并不禁止你们怜悯他们，公平待遇他们。安拉确是喜爱公平者的。
