Rapporté par 'Amr Bin Shu'aib, d'après son père, que son grand-père a dit : Le Messager d'Allah a dit : "Le prix du sang pour les Ahl Adh-Dhimmah est la moitié de celui des musulmans, et ce sont les juifs et les chrétiens

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، وَذَكَرَ، كَلِمَةً مَعْنَاهَا عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " عَقْلُ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ نِصْفُ عَقْلِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ " . وَهُمُ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى .

It was narrated from 'Amr Bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The blood money for Ahl Adh-Dhimmah is half that of the blood money for the Muslims, and they are the Jews and Christians
