Rapporté par 'Amr bin Shu'aib, d’après son père, que son grand-père a dit : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « La compensation pour une femme (en cas de blessure) est la même que celle d’un homme, jusqu’au tiers de la Diyah (pour sa vie). »

أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ضَمْرَةُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّه��، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " عَقْلُ الْمَرْأَةِ مِثْلُ عَقْلِ الرَّجُلِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الثُّلُثَ مِنْ دِيَتِهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The blood money of a woman (in the event of injury) is like the blood money of a man, up to one-third of the Diyah (for her life)
