Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas : J'ai prié avec le Prophète (ﷺ) une nuit, et je me suis mis à sa gauche, mais il m'a fait passer à sa droite, puis il a prié. Ensuite, il s'est allongé sur le côté et a fait une sieste, puis le muezzin est venu le voir et il a prié, sans refaire les ablutions

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ فَقُمْتُ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ فَجَعَلَنِي عَنْ يَمِينِهِ فَصَلَّى ثُمَّ اضْطَجَعَ وَرَقَدَ فَجَاءَهُ الْمُؤَذِّنُ فَصَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ مُخْتَصَرٌ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:"I prayed with the Prophet (ﷺ) one night, and I stood on his left, but he made me stand on his right, and he prayed. Then he reclined on his side and took a nap, then the Mu'adhdhin came to him and he prayed, and did not perform Wudu
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہم کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ایک رات نماز پڑھی تو میں ( جا کر ) آپ کے بائیں جانب کھڑا ہو گیا، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھے اپنی داہنی طرف کر لیا، اور نماز ادا کی، پھر لیٹے اور سو گئے اتنے میں مؤذن آپ کے پاس آیا ( اس نے آپ کو جگایا ) تو آپ نے ( جا کر ) نماز پڑھی، اور وضو نہیں کیا روایت مختصر ہے۔
