Hadith 3746 — Livre 34: The Book of 'Umra
كتاب العُمرى
Rapporté par Shua'ib, d'après Az-Zuhri, qui a dit : "Abu Salamah bin 'Abdur-Rahman m'a rapporté que Jabir lui a dit : Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a jugé que celui qui fait un don à vie à un homme, cela lui appartient ainsi qu'à ses héritiers. Cela appartient à celui à qui cela a été donné, selon l''Umra. Cela sera hérité de son bénéficiaire selon les règles d'héritage et les droits établis par Allah

أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّ جَابِرًا، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى أَنَّهُ مَنْ أَعْمَرَ رَجُلاً عُمْرَى لَهُ وَلِعَقِبِهِ فَإِنَّهَا لِلَّذِي أُعْمِرَهَا يَرِثُهَا مِنْ صَاحِبِهَا الَّذِي أَعْطَاهَا مَا وَقَعَ مِنْ مَوَارِيثِ اللَّهِ وَحَقِّهِ .
Traduction anglaise
Shua'ib narrated from Az-Zuhri, who said:"Abu Salamah bin 'Abdur-Rahman narrated to me, that Jabir told him: 'The Messenger of Allah ruled that whoever gives a lifelong gift to a man, it belongs to him and to his heirs. It belongs to the one to whom it was given, on the basis of 'Umra. It will be inherited from its recipient according to Allah's (injunctions on) inheritance and its rights
Traduction en ourdou
جابر رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فیصلہ کیا کہ جس شخص نے کسی کو کوئی چیز یہ کہہ کر عمریٰ کیا کہ اس کا اور اس کی اولاد کا ہے تو یہ اسی کا ہو گا جسے اس نے عمریٰ کیا ہے، اور اس کے ساتھی سے جسے اس نے دیا ہے اللہ کے مقرر کئے ہوئے حصوں اور اس کے حق کے مطابق اس کے ورثاء وارث ہوں گے ( دینے والے کو کچھ نہیں لوٹے گا ) ۔
