Hadith 3660 — Livre 30: The Book of Wills
كتاب الوصايا
Rapporté par Al-Harith bin Miskin, pendant qu'on lui lisait et que j'écoutais : De Sufyan, d'Az-Zuhri, de 'Ubaidullah bin 'Abdullah, d'Ibn 'Abbas, que Sa'd bin 'Ubadah a consulté le Prophète ﷺ au sujet d'un vœu que sa mère devait accomplir, mais elle est morte avant de le faire. Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : « Accomplis-le pour elle. »

قَالَ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ سَعْدَ بْنَ عُبَادَةَ، اسْتَفْتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي نَذْرٍ كَانَ عَلَى أُمِّهِ فَتُوُفِّيَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَقْضِيَهُ فَقَالَ " اقْضِهِ عَنْهَا ".
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Al-Harith bin Miskin said, it being read to him while I was listening:"From Sufyan, from Az-Zuhri, from 'Ubaidullah bin 'Abdullah, from Ibn 'Abbas, that Sa'd bin 'Ubadah consulted the Prophet about a vow which his mother had to fulfill, but she died before doing so. The Messenger of Allah said: 'Fulfill it on her behalf
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ سعد بن عبادہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ایک نذر کے متعلق مسئلہ پوچھا جو ان کی ماں کے ذمہ تھی اور جسے پوری کرنے سے پہلے ہی وہ مر گئیں۔ تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”اسے تم ان کی طرف سے پوری کر دو“۔
