Hadith 2499 — Livre 23: The Book of Zakah
كتاب الزكاة
Rapporté par 'Amr bin Shu'aib, de son père, de son grand-père : Hilal est venu voir le Messager d’Allah ﷺ avec un dixième de son miel et lui a demandé de protéger une vallée appelée Salabah. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a protégé cette vallée pour lui. Quand 'Umar bin Al-Khattab est devenu calife, Sufyan bin Wahb a écrit à 'Umar pour lui demander à ce sujet, et 'Umar a répondu : "S’il me donne ce qu’il donnait au Messager d’Allah, c’est-à-dire un dixième de son miel, je protégerai Salabah pour lui, sinon ce ne sont que des abeilles et chacun peut en manger s’il le souhaite

أَخْبَرَنِي الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَعْيَنَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ جَاءَ هِلاَلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِعُشُورِ نَحْلٍ لَهُ وَسَأَلَهُ أَنْ يَحْمِيَ لَهُ وَادِيًا يُقَالُ لَهُ سَلَبَةُ فَحَمَى لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ذَلِكَ الْوَادِيَ فَلَمَّا وَلِيَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ كَتَبَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ يَسْأَلُهُ فَكَتَبَ عُمَرُ إِنْ أَدَّى إِلَيْكَ مَا كَانَ يُؤَدِّي إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ عُشْرِ نَحْلِهِ فَاحْمِ لَهُ سَلَبَةَ ذَلِكَ وَإِلاَّ فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ ذُبَابُ غَيْثٍ يَأْكُلُهُ مَنْ شَاءَ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father that his grandfather said:"Hilal came to the Messenger of Allah with one-tenth of the honey and asked him to protect a valley for him that was called Salabah. 'The Messenger of Allah protected that valley for him. When 'Umar bin Al-Khattab became the Khalifah, sufyan bin Wahb wrote the 'Umar and asked him (about that), and Umar wrote: 'If the gives me what he used to give to the Messenger of Allah, one-tenth of his honey, I will protect Salahab for him, otherwise they are just bees and anyone who wants to may eat of it
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ ہلال رضی اللہ عنہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس اپنے شہد کا دسواں حصہ لے کر آئے، اور آپ سے درخواست کی کہ آپ اس وادی کو جسے سلبہ کہا جاتا ہے ان کے لیے خاص کر دیں ( اس پر کسی اور کا دعویٰ نہ رہے ) تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے یہ مذکورہ وادی ان کے لیے مخصوص فرما دی۔ پھر جب عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ عنہ خلیفہ ہوئے تو سفیان بن وھب نے عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ عنہ کو لکھا، وہ ان سے پوچھ رہے تھے ( کہ یہ وادی ہلال رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس رہنے دی جائے یا نہیں ) تو عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے جواب لکھا: اگر وہ اپنے شہد کا دسواں حصہ جو وہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دیتے تھے ہمیں دیتے ہیں تو ”سلبہ“ کو انہیں کے پاس رہنے دیں، ورنہ وہ برسات کی مکھیاں ہیں ( پھول و پودوں کا رس چوس کر شہد بناتی ہیں ) جو چاہے اسے کھائے۔
