Hadith 2498 — Livre 23: The Book of Zakah
كتاب الزكاة
Il a été rapporté d’après Abû Hurayrah que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Les blessures causées par un puits ne donnent lieu à aucune responsabilité, les bêtes ne donnent lieu à aucune responsabilité, les mines non plus, et le khumus (un cinquième) est dû sur le rikâz (trésor enfoui découvert). »

أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنْبَأَنَا مَنْصُورٌ، وَهِشَامٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، رضى الله عنه قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:The Messenger of Allah said: "The injuries caused by the well are without liability, [1] and beasts are without liability, and mines are without liability, and the Khumus is due on Rikaz
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کنویں میں گر کر مر جانا لغو و رائیگاں ہے۔ جانور کا زخمی کرنا رائیگاں ہے۔ کان میں دب کر مر جانا رائیگاں ہے، اور جاہلیت کے دفینوں میں پانچواں حصہ ہے“۔
