كتاب الصيام
Rapporté par 'Aishah رضي الله عنها : Le Messager d’Allah avait juré de ne pas venir voir ses épouses pendant un mois, et vingt-neuf jours sont passés. J’ai dit : « N’avais-tu pas promis de rester éloigné de nous pendant un mois ? J’ai compté vingt-neuf jours. » Le Messager d’Allah a dit : « Le mois compte vingt-neuf jours. »

أَخْبَرَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ أَقْسَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ لاَ يَدْخُلَ عَلَى نِسَائِهِ شَهْرًا فَلَبِثَ تِسْعًا وَعِشْرِينَ فَقُلْتُ أَلَيْسَ قَدْ كُنْتَ آلَيْتَ شَهْرًا فَعَدَدْتُ الأَيَّامَ تِسْعًا وَعِشْرِينَ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الشَّهْرُ تِسْعٌ وَعِشْرُونَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:"The Messenger of Allah swore not to come to his wives for a month, and twenty-nine days passed. I said: 'Did you not wives to keep away from you wives for a month? I have counted twenty-nine days.' The Messenger of Allah said: 'The month is twenty-nine days
Traduction en ourdou
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے قسم کھائی کہ ایک ماہ ( تک ) اپنی بیویوں کے پاس نہیں جائیں گے، چنانچہ آپ انتیس دن ٹھہرے رہے، تو میں نے عرض کیا: کیا آپ نے ایک مہینے کی قسم نہیں کھائی تھی؟ میں نے شمار کیا ہے، ابھی انتیس دن ( ہوئے ) ہیں، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”مہینہ انتیس دن کا بھی ہوتا ہے“۔
