كتاب القرآن
Talha Ibn Oubaidallah Ibn Kariz a rapporté que l'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) r (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) a dit: «l'invocation la plus méritoire est celle faite le jour de «Arafa». Et les meilleures paroles que j'ai proférées ainsi que tous les Prophètes qui m'ont devancé, sont ce qui suit: «II n'y a d'autre divinité que Allah, l'Unique, il n'a pas d'associé».( (La ilaha illa'llah, wahdahou la sharika lah)

Texte arabe original
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَرِيزٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَفْضَلُ الدُّعَاءِ دُعَاءُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ وَأَفْضَلُ مَا قُلْتُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ قَبْلِي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ziyad ibn Abi Ziyad from Talha ibn Ubaydullah ibn Kariz that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "The best dua is dua on the day of Arafa, and the best thing that I or the Prophets before me have said is 'There is no god but Allah, alone, without any partner' (La ilaha illa'llah, wahdahu la sharika lah)
Traduction en ourdou
طلحہ بن عبیداللہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا افضل دعاؤں میں دعا عرفہ کے دن کی ہے اور افضل ان سب کلمات میں جو میں نے کہے ہیں اور اگلے پیغمبروں نے لا الہ الا اللہ وحدہ لا شریک لہ ہے ۔
