كتاب القرآن
Aicha, la mère des croyants a rapporté: «m'étant couchée tout près de l'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) r (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah), je m'éveillai et ne le trouvai pas; je fis promener ma main, et elle toucha ses pieds alors qu'il se prosternait en invoquant Allah par ces mots: «Je me réfugie auprès de Ta satisfaction contre Ton courroux, auprès de Ton pardon contre Ton châtiment, auprès de Toi contre Toi. Je ne puis dénombrer Tes éloges, Toi Tu est comme Tu t'es loué».( Aoudhou bi ridaka min sakhatika, wa bi mouafatika min ouqoubatika wa bika minka, la ouhsiy thana'an alayka, anta kama athnayta ala nafsika)

وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ التَّيْمِيِّ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، قَالَتْ كُنْتُ نَائِمَةً إِلَى جَنْبِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَفَقَدْتُهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَلَمَسْتُهُ بِيَدِي فَوَضَعْتُ يَدِي عَلَى قَدَمَيْهِ وَهُوَ سَاجِدٌ يَقُولُ " أَعُوذُ بِرِضَاكَ مِنْ سَخَطِكَ وَبِمُعَافَاتِكَ مِنْ عُقُوبَتِكَ وَبِكَ مِنْكَ لاَ أُحْصِي ثَنَاءً عَلَيْكَ أَنْتَ كَمَا أَثْنَيْتَ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ " .
Traduction anglaise
Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim ibn al-Harith at-Taymi that A'isha, umm al-muminin said, "I was sleeping by the side of the Messenger of Allah, mayAllah bless him and grant him peace, and I missed him in the night, so I felt for him with my hand and I put my hand on his feet and he was in sajda saying, 'I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your wrath, and in Your pardon from Your punishment, and in You from You. I cannot enumerate Your praises as You praise Yourself.' " Audhu bi ridaka min sakhatika, wa bi muafatika min uqubatika wa bika minka, la uhsiy thana'an alayka, anta kama athnayta ala nafsika
Traduction en ourdou
محمد بن ابراہیم سے روایت ہے کہ ام المومنین نے کہا میں سو رہی تھی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پہلو میں سو نہ پایا میں نے ان کو پس چھوا میں نے آپ کو تو رکھا میں نے ہاتھ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے قدموں پر اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سجدہ میں تھے فرماتے تھے پناہ مانگتا ہوں ہو تیری رضامندی کی تیرے غصے سے اور تیری عفو کی تیرے عتاب سے اور تجھ سے میں تیری تعریف نہیں کر سکتا تو ایسا ہے جس طرح تو نے اپنی تعریف خود کی ہے ۔
