كتاب الصلاة
Rapporté par Al-Bara’ ibn ‘Azib رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Lorsque tu te prosternes, pose les paumes de tes mains au sol et relève tes coudes. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِيَادٍ، عَنْ إِيَادٍ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا سَجَدْتَ فَضَعْ كَفَّيْكَ وَارْفَعْ مِرْفَقَيْكَ " .
Traduction anglaise
Al-Bira' (b. 'Azib) reported:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said. When you prostrate yourself, place the palms of your hands on the ground and raise your elbows
Traduction en ourdou
حضرت براء رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے ، انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’ جب تم سجدہ کرو تو اپنی ہتھیلیاں ( زمین پر ) رکھو اور اپنی کہنیاں اوپر اٹھاؤ
