Hadith 4143 — Livre 23: The Book of the Rules of Inheritance
كتاب الفرائض
Rapporté par Tawus d’après Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنهما : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Répartissez les biens entre les ayants droit selon le Livre d’Allah, et ce qui reste revient au plus proche héritier masculin. »

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، وَعَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لاِبْنِ رَافِعٍ - قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ حَدَّثَنَا وَقَالَ الآخَرَانِ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اقْسِمُوا الْمَالَ بَيْنَ أَهْلِ الْفَرَائِضِ عَلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ فَمَا تَرَكَتِ الْفَرَائِضُ فَلأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Tawus reported on the authority of Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) narrating that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said:Distribute the property amongst Ahl al-Fara'id, according to the Book of Allah, and what is left out of them goes to the nearest male heir

معمر نے ہمیں ابن طاوس سے باقی ماندہ سابقہ سند سے روایت کی : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " مال کو اللہ کی کتاب کی رو سے مقررہ کردہ حصے والوں کے درمیان تقسیم کرو اور جو ان حصوں سے بچ جائے وہ سب سے قریبی مرد کے لیے ہے ۔
