Rapporté par Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنهما : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Donnez les parts à ceux qui y ont droit, et ce qui reste après cela revient au plus proche héritier masculin. »

حَدَّثَنَا أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ بِسْطَامَ الْعَيْشِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَلْحِقُوا الْفَرَائِضَ بِأَهْلِهَا فَمَا تَرَكَتِ الْفَرَائِضُ فَلأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Give the shares to those who are entitled to them, and what is left from those wno are entitled to it goes to the nearest male heir

روح بن قاسم نے باقی ماندہ سابقہ سند کے ساتھ حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ سے اور انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ، آپ نے فرمایا : " مقررہ حصے ان کے حقداروں کو دو اور ان سے جو باقی بچے وہ سب سے قریبی مرد کا ہے ۔
