Rapporté par Hisham b. ‘Urwa : Un hadith semblable a été rapporté avec la même chaîne de transmetteurs, sauf que dans le hadith transmis par Jart, il est précisé : Le mari de Barira était un esclave, alors le Messager d’Allah ﷺ donna à Barira le choix (de rester mariée ou de rompre ce lien). Elle choisit de se séparer (et d’obtenir aussi la liberté de cette union). S’il avait été libre, il ne lui aurait pas donné ce choix. Dans le hadith rapporté par cette chaîne, ces mots : « Amma ba’dou » ne sont pas mentionnés

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ . نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ غَيْرَ أَنَّ فِي، حَدِيثِ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ وَكَانَ زَوْجُهَا عَبْدًا فَخَيَّرَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَاخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا وَلَوْ كَانَ حُرًّا لَمْ يُخَيِّرْهَا . وَلَيْسَ فِي حَدِيثِهِمْ " أَمَّا بَعْدُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Hisham b. 'Urwa narrated a hadith like this with the same chain of trans- mitters except (with this change) that in the hadith transmitted on the authority of jartr (the words are):Her (Barira's) husband was a slave, so Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) gave her the option (either to retain her matrimonial relation with her husband or sever it off). She opted to break off (and secure freedom for her even from the matrimonial alliance). And if he were free he would not have given her the option. In the hadith narrated on the authority (of this chain of transmitters) these words are not found: Amma ba'du

ابن نمیر ، وکیع اور جریر سب نے ہشام بن عروہ سے اسی سند کے ساتھ ابواسامہ کی حدیث کے ہم معنی روایت بیان کی ، لیکن جریر کی حدیث میں ہے ، کہا : اس ( بریرہ رضی اللہ عنہا ) کا شوہر غلام تھا ، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے ( شادی برقرار رکھنے یا نہ رکھنے کے بارے میں ) اختیار دیا تو اس نے خود کو ( نکاح کی بندش سے آزاد دیکھنا ) پسند کیا ۔ اگر اس کا شوہر آزاد ہوتا تو آپ اسے یہ اختیار نہ دیتے ، اور ان کی حدیث میں امابعد کے الفاظ نہیں ہیں ۔ ( یہ الفاظ خطبے کی طرف اشارہ کرتے ہیں)
