كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Anas bin Malik : Le Prophète a vu des traces de parfum jaune sur 'Abdur-Rahmaan bin 'Awf et lui a demandé : “Qu’est-ce que c’est ?” Il a répondu : “Ô Messager d’Allah, je me suis marié en donnant le poids d’une pierre en or.” Le Prophète a dit : “Qu’Allah te bénisse. Donne un festin, même si c’est avec un seul mouton.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ الْبُنَانِيُّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ رَأَى عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ أَثَرَ صُفْرَةٍ فَقَالَ " مَا هَذَا أَوْ مَهْ " . فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي تَزَوَّجْتُ امْرَأَةً عَلَى وَزْنِ نَوَاةٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ . فَقَالَ " بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ أَوْلِمْ وَلَوْ بِشَاةٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Anas bin Malik:the Prophet saw traces of yellow perfume on 'Abdur-Rahmaan bin 'Awf, and he asked him “What is this?” He said: “O Messenger of Allah, I married a women for the weight of a Nawah (Stone) of gold. He said: “May Allah bless you. Give a feast even if it is only with one sheep.”
Traduction en ourdou
انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عبدالرحمٰن بن عوف رضی اللہ عنہ ( کے جسم ) پر پیلے رنگ کے اثرات دیکھے، تو پوچھا: یہ کیا ہے ؟ انہوں نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! میں نے ایک عورت سے گٹھلی کے برابر سونے کے عوض شادی کر لی ہے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:«بارك الله لك أولم ولو بشاة» اللہ تمہیں برکت دے ولیمہ کرو اگرچہ ایک بکری سے ہی کیوں نہ ہو ۱؎۔
