Rapporté par Abu Huraira, attribué au Prophète ﷺ : “Les Juifs et les Chrétiens ne teignent pas leurs cheveux, alors distinguez-vous d’eux.”

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، سَمِعَ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ، وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ، يُخْبِرَانِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " إِنَّ الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى لاَ يَصْبُغُونَ فَخَالِفُوهُمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah attributed to the Prophet (ﷺ):“The Jews and the Christians do not dye (their hair), so differ from them.”
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہود و نصاریٰ خضاب نہیں لگاتے، تو تم ان کی مخالفت کرو ( یعنی خضاب لگاؤ ) ۔
