Rapporté par Sa'eed bin Musayyab : ‘Umar disait : “La compensation du sang revient aux proches parents masculins du côté paternel et la femme n’hérite rien de la compensation du sang de son mari,” jusqu’à ce qu’Ad-Dahhak bin Sufyan lui écrive pour lui dire que le Prophète (ﷺ) avait jugé que la femme d’Ashyam bin Dibabi devait hériter de la compensation du sang de son mari

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ، كَانَ يَقُولُ الدِّيَةُ لِلْعَاقِلَةِ وَلاَ تَرِثُ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا شَيْئًا حَتَّى كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَرَّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضِّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Sa'eed bin Musayyab that 'Umar used to say:“The blood money is for the near male relatives from the father's side and the wife does not inherit anything from the blood money of her husband,” until Ad-Dahhak bin Sufyan wrote to him, and told him that the Prophet (ﷺ) ruled that the wife of Ashyam bin Dibabi should inherit from the blood money of her husband
Traduction en ourdou
سعید بن المسیب سے روایت ہے کہ عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے تھے کہ دیت ( خون بہا ) قاتل کے خاندان والوں کے ذمہ ہے، اور عورت کو اپنے شوہر کی دیت میں سے کچھ نہیں ملے گا، یہاں تک کہ ضحاک بن سفیان نے ان کو لکھا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اشیم ضبابی رضی اللہ عنہ کی بیوی کو اس کے شوہر کی دیت میں سے ترکہ دلایا ۱؎۔
