Rapporté par 'Abbas bin 'Abdul-Muttalib : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “Il n’y a pas de représailles pour une blessure à la tête qui n’atteint pas le cerveau, une blessure de lance qui ne pénètre pas profondément, ou une blessure qui déboîte un os.”

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رِشْدِينُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ صُهْبَانَ، عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ قَوَدَ فِي الْمَأْمُومَةِ وَلاَ الْجَائِفَةِ وَلاَ الْمُنَقِّلَةِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Abbas bin 'Abdul-Muttalib that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“There is no retaliation for a head wound that does not reach the brain, a spear wound that does not penetrate deeply, or a wound that dislocates a bone.”
Traduction en ourdou
عباس بن عبدالمطلب رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو زخم دماغ یا پیٹ تک پہنچ جائے، یا ہڈی ٹوٹ کر اپنی جگہ سے ہٹ جائے، تو اس میں قصاص نہ ہو گا ۱؎۔
