Rapporté par Abu Sharaih Al-Khuzai : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “Celui qui subit un meurtre ou une blessure a le choix entre trois choses, et s’il en veut une quatrième, retenez-le. Il peut tuer (le coupable), lui pardonner ou accepter le prix du sang. Celui qui accepte l’une de ces options, puis tue (le coupable) après cela, aura le feu de l’enfer pour y demeurer à jamais.”

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ ابْنَا أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الأَحْمَرُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ فُضَيْلٍ، أَظُنُّهُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي الْعَوْجَاءِ، وَاسْمُهُ، سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ الْخُزَاعِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ أُصِيبَ بِدَمٍ أَوْ خَبْلٍ - وَالْخَبْلُ الْجُرْحُ - فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ بَيْنَ إِحْدَى ثَلاَثٍ فَإِنْ أَرَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَخُذُوا عَلَى يَدَيْهِ أَنْ يَقْتُلَ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ أَوْ يَأْخُذَ الدِّيَةَ فَمَنْ فَعَلَ شَيْئًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَعَادَ فَإِنَّ لَهُ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدًا مُخَلَّدًا فِيهَا أَبَدًا " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Sharaih Al-Khuzai that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Whoever suffers from killing or wounding, has the choice of three things, and if he wants the fourth then restrain him. He may kill (the killer), or forgive him, or take the blood money. Whoever accepts any of these (options), then kills (the killer) after that will have the fire of hell to abide therein forever.”
Traduction en ourdou
ابوشریح خزاعی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس شخص کا خون کر دیا جائے، یا اس کو زخمی کر دیا جائے، اسے ( یا اس کے وارث کو ) تین باتوں میں سے ایک کا اختیار ہے، اگر وہ چوتھی بات کرنا چاہے تو اس کا ہاتھ پکڑ لو، تین باتیں یہ ہیں: یا تو قاتل کو قصاص میں قتل کرے، یا معاف کر دے، یا خون بہا ( دیت ) لے لے، پھر ان تین باتوں میں سے کسی ایک کو کرنے کے بعد اگر بدلہ لینے کی بات کرے، تو اس کے لیے جہنم کی آگ ہے، وہ اس میں ہمیشہ ہمیش رہے گا ۔
