Rapporté par Ibn 'Umar : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “Quand un homme riche tarde à rembourser une dette, c’est une injustice. Et si la dette est transférée à un homme riche, acceptez ce transfert.”

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ تَوْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ وَإِذَا أُحِلْتَ عَلَى مَلِيءٍ فَاتْبَعْهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“When a rich man takes too long to repay a debt, this is wrongdoing, and if the debt is transferred to a rich man, you should accept if.”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مالدار کا ٹال مٹول کرنا ظلم ہے، اور جب تمہیں کسی مالدار کے حوالے کیا جائے تو اس کی حوالگی کو قبول کرو ۱؎۔
