Rapporté par Jabir : J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) dire : « Celui qui fait un don à vie à quelqu’un, cela appartient à cette personne et à ses héritiers. Les paroles du donateur mettent fin à son droit sur ce bien, et il appartient à celui à qui il a été donné pour la vie, ainsi qu’à ses héritiers. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " مَنْ أَعْمَرَ رَجُلاً عُمْرَى لَهُ وَلِعَقِبِهِ فَقَدْ قَطَعَ قَوْلُهُ حَقَّهُ فِيهَا فَهِيَ لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَ وَلِعَقِبِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Jabir said:“I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'Whoever gives a lifelong grant to a man, it belongs to him (the recipient) and to his heirs. His (the giver's) words put an end to his right to it, and it belongs to the one to whom it was given for life and to his heirs.”
Traduction en ourdou
جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: جس نے کسی کو بطور عمریٰ کوئی چیز دی، تو وہ جس کو دیا ہے اس کی اور اس کے بعد اس کے اولاد کی ہو جائے گی، اس نے عمریٰ کہہ کر اپنا حق ختم کر لیا، اب وہ چیز جس کو عمریٰ دیا گیا اس کی اور اس کے بعد اس کے وارثوں کی ہو گئی ۔
