Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Il n’y a pas de don à vie. Celui à qui on donne quelque chose comme don à vie, cela lui appartient. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ عُمْرَى فَمَنْ أُعْمِرَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“There is no lifelong grant. Whoever is given something as a lifelong grant, it is his.' ”
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: عمریٰ کوئی چیز نہیں ہے، جس کو عمریٰ کے طور پر کوئی چیز دی گئی تو وہ اسی کی ملک ہو جائے گی ۔
