Rapporté par 'Aishah : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : "Celui qui fait le serment de couper les liens de parenté, ou de faire quelque chose qui n’est pas juste, l’accomplissement de son vœu est de ne pas le faire

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ أَبِي الرِّجَالِ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ حَلَفَ فِي قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمٍ أَوْ فِيمَا لاَ يَصْلُحُ فَبِرُّهُ أَنْ لاَ يَتِمَّ عَلَى ذَلِكَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:"Whoever takes an oath to cut off the ties of kinship, or to do something that is not right, the fulfillment of his vow is not to do that
Traduction en ourdou
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس شخص نے رشتہ توڑنے کی قسم کھائی، یا کسی ایسی چیز کی قسم کھائی جو درست نہیں، تو اس قسم کا پورا کرنا یہ ہے کہ اسے چھوڑ دے ۔
