كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas : Jamilah bint Salul est venue voir le Prophète (ﷺ) et a dit : "Par Allah, je ne reproche rien à Thabit concernant sa religion ni son comportement, mais je déteste revenir à l'incroyance après être devenue musulmane et je ne peux pas le supporter." Le Prophète (ﷺ) lui a dit : "Veux-tu lui rendre son jardin ?" Elle a répondu : "Oui." Alors le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) a dit à Thabit de reprendre son jardin et rien de plus

حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ جَمِيلَةَ بِنْتَ سَلُولَ، أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَتْ وَاللَّهِ مَا أَعْتِبُ عَلَى ثَابِتٍ فِي دِينٍ وَلاَ خُلُقٍ . وَلَكِنِّي أَكْرَهُ الْكُفْرَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ لاَ أُطِيقُهُ بُغْضًا . فَقَالَ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " أَتَرُدِّينَ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيقَتَهُ " . قَالَتْ نَعَمْ . فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْهَا حَدِيقَتَهُ وَلاَ يَزْدَادَ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that:Jamilah bint Salul came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: "By Allah, I do not find any fault with Thabit regarding his religion nor his behavior, but I hate disbelief after becoming Muslim and I cannot stand him. "The Prophet (ﷺ) said to her: 'WiIl you give him back his garden?" She said: "Yes." So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) told him to take back his garden from her and no more than that
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ جمیلہ بنت سلول رضی اللہ عنہا نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آ کر عرض کیا: اللہ کی قسم میں ( اپنے شوہر ) ثابت پر کسی دینی و اخلاقی خرابی سے غصہ نہیں کر رہی ہوں، لیکن میں مسلمان ہو کر کفر ( شوہر کی ناشکری ) کو ناپسند کرتی ہوں، میں ان کے ساتھ نہیں رہ پاؤں گی کیونکہ شکل و صورت سے وہ مجھے ناپسند ہیں، تو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے فرمایا: کیا ان کا دیا ہوا باغ واپس لوٹا دو گی ؟ انہوں نے کہا: ہاں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ثابت کو حکم دیا کہ اپنی بیوی جمیلہ سے اپنا باغ لے لیں، اور زیادہ نہ لیں ۱؎۔
