Rapporté par Sha'bi : Fatimah bint Qais a dit : "Mon mari m'a divorcée à l'époque du Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) trois fois. Le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) a dit : 'Tu n'as pas droit à un logement ni à une pension

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَتْ فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ثَلاَثًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ سُكْنَى لَكِ وَلاَ نَفَقَةَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Sha'bi said:Fatimah bint Qais said: “My husband divorced me at the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) three times. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'You have no right to accommodation or to maintenance.'”
Traduction en ourdou
شعبی کہتے ہیں کہ فاطمہ بنت قیس رضی اللہ عنہا کا بیان ہے کہ میرے شوہر نے مجھے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانہ میں تین طلاقیں دے دیں تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تمہارے لیے نہ سکنی ( رہائش ) ہے، نہ نفقہ ( اخراجات ) ۱؎۔
