Rapporté par Abu Bakr bin Abu Jahm bin Sukhair Al-'Adawi : J'ai entendu Fatimah bint Qais dire que son mari l'avait divorcée trois fois, et le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) n'a pas dit qu'elle avait droit à un logement ou à une pension

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَهْمِ بْنِ صُخَيْرٍ الْعَدَوِيِّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ قَيْسٍ، تَقُولُ إِنَّ زَوْجَهَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلاَثًا فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ سُكْنَى وَلاَ نَفَقَةً .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abu Bakr bin Abu Jahm bin Sukhair Al-'Adawi said:"I heard Fatimah bint Qais say that her husband divorced her ttree times, and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did not say that she was entitled to accommodation and maintenance
Traduction en ourdou
ابوبکر بن ابی جہم بن صخیر عدوی کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے فاطمہ بنت قیس رضی اللہ عنہا کو کہتے سنا کہ ان کے شوہر نے انہیں تین طلاقیں دے دیں، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں سکنیٰ ( جائے رہائش ) اور نفقہ کا حقدار نہیں قرار دیا ۱؎۔
