المقدمة (كتاب السنة)
Rapporté par 'Aishah رضي الله عنها : Louange à Allah dont l'ouïe englobe toutes les voix. La femme qui discutait au sujet de son mari (Al-Mujadilah) est venue voir le Prophète ﷺ alors que j'étais assise dans un coin de la maison, et elle s'est plainte de son mari, mais je n'ai pas entendu ce qu'elle disait. Puis Allah a révélé : « Allah a entendu la parole de celle qui discute avec toi au sujet de son mari. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي وَسِعَ سَمْعُهُ الأَصْوَاتَ، لَقَدْ جَاءَتِ الْمُجَادِلَةُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَأَنَا فِي نَاحِيَةِ الْبَيْتِ تَشْكُو زَوْجَهَا وَمَا أَسْمَعُ مَا تَقُولُ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ {قَدْ سَمِعَ اللَّهُ قَوْلَ الَّتِي تُجَادِلُكَ فِي زَوْجِهَا} .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:"Praise is to Allah Whose hearing encompasses all voices. The woman who disputed concerning her husband (Al-Mujadilah) came to the Prophet when I was (sitting) in a corner of the house, and she complained about her husband, but I did not hear what she said. The Allah revealed: 'Indeed Allah has heard the statement of her that disputes with you concerning her husband

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں تمام تعریفیں اس اللہ کے لیے ہیں جس کی سماعت تمام آوازوں کا احاطہٰ کئے ہوئے ہے، نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس ایک عورت آئی اور اپنے شوہر کی شکایت کرنے لگی، میں گھر کے ایک گوشہ میں تھی اور اس کی باتوں کو سن نہیں پا رہی تھی کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ آیت کریمہ نازل فرمائی:«قد سمع الله قول التي تجادلك في زوجها» بیشک اللہ نے اس عورت کی بات سن لی جو اپنے شوہر کے بارے میں آپ سے جھگڑ رہی تھی ( سورة المجادلة: ۱ ) ۱؎۔
