المقدمة (كتاب السنة)
Rapporté par Rafi’ bin Khadij : Jibril ou un ange est venu voir le Prophète ﷺ et a dit : « Que penses-tu de ceux parmi vous qui étaient présents à Badr ? » Il a répondu : « Ils sont les meilleurs parmi nous. » Il a dit : « Nous pensons la même chose des anges qui étaient présents à Badr, ils sont les meilleurs des anges. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ جَاءَ جِبْرِيلُ - أَوْ مَلَكٌ - إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ " مَا تَعُدُّونَ مَنْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا فِيكُمْ قَالُوا خِيَارَنَا . قَالَ كَذَلِكَ هُمْ عِنْدَنَا خِيَارُ الْمَلاَئِكَةِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Rafi' bin Khadij said:"Jibril or an angel came to the Prophet and said: 'How do you regard those among you who were present at Badr?' He said: 'They are the best among us.' He said: 'We think the same (of the angels who were present at Badr), they are the best of the angels
Traduction en ourdou
رافع بن خدیج رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ جبرائیل علیہ السلام یا کوئی اور فرشتہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا، اور عرض کیا: آپ اپنے میں شرکائے بدر کو کیسا سمجھتے ہیں؟ لوگوں نے کہا: وہ ہم میں سب سے بہتر ہیں، اس فرشتہ نے کہا: اسی طرح ہمارے نزدیک وہ ( شرکائے بدر ) سب سے بہتر ہیں ۱؎۔
