Hadith 4690 — Livre 42: Model Behavior of the Prophet (Kitab Al-Sunnah)

Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه a rapporté que le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Quand un homme commet la fornication, la foi le quitte et il y a comme un voile au-dessus de sa tête ; puis, lorsqu’il cesse cet acte, la foi revient à lui. »

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا نَافِعٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ يَزِيدَ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ الْهَادِ، أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيَّ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا زَنَى الرَّجُلُ خَرَجَ مِنْهُ الإِيمَانُ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ كَالظُّلَّةِ فَإِذَا انْقَطَعَ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ الإِيمَانُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated AbuHurayrah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: When a man commits fornication, faith departs from him and there is something like a canvas roof over his head; and when he quits that action, faith returns to him
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب آدمی زنا کرتا ہے تو ایمان اس سے نکل جاتا ہے اور بادل کے ٹکڑے کی طرح اس کے اوپر لٹکا رہتا ہے، پھر جب زنا سے الگ ہوتا ہے تو دوبارہ ایمان اس کی طرف لوٹ آتا ہے ۔
