Rapporté par Hammad : J’ai entendu Ayyub dire : « Deux types de personnes ont menti à propos d’al-Hasan : ceux qui croyaient au libre arbitre et voulaient faire connaître leur croyance, et ceux qui étaient hostiles envers lui, disant : “N’a-t-il pas dit ceci ? N’a-t-il pas dit cela ?” »

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَيُّوبَ، يَقُولُ كَذَبَ عَلَى الْحَسَنِ ضَرْبَانِ مِنَ النَّاسِ قَوْمٌ الْقَدَرُ رَأْيُهُمْ وَهُمْ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يُنَفِّقُوا بِذَلِكَ رَأْيَهُمْ وَقَوْمٌ لَهُ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ شَنَآنٌ وَبُغْضٌ يَقُولُونَ أَلَيْسَ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ كَذَا أَلَيْسَ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ كَذَا
Traduction anglaise
Hammad said:I heard Ayyub say: Two kinds of people have lied to al-Hasan: people who believed in free will and they intended that they publicise their belief by it; and people who had enmity with and hostility (for al-Hasan), saying: Did he not say so and so? Did he not say so and so?
Traduction en ourdou
ایوب کہتے ہیں حسن پر جھوٹ دو قسم کے لوگ باندھتے ہیں: ایک تو قدریہ، جو چاہتے ہیں کہ اس طرح سے ان کے خیال و نظریہ کا لوگ اعتبار کریں گے، اور دوسرے وہ لوگ جن کے دلوں میں ان کے خلاف عداوت اور بغض ہے، وہ کہتے ہیں: کیا یہ ان کا قول نہیں؟ کیا یہ ان کا قول نہیں؟ ۔
