Rapporté par Imran ibn Husayn رضي الله عنه : Un serviteur appartenant à des pauvres a coupé l’oreille du serviteur de riches. Les siens sont venus voir le Prophète ﷺ et ont dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah ! Nous sommes pauvres. » Il n’a donc pas imposé de compensation

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ غُلاَمًا، لأُنَاسٍ فُقَرَاءَ قَطَعَ أُذُنَ غُلاَمٍ لأُنَاسٍ أَغْنِيَاءَ فَأَتَى أَهْلُهُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا أُنَاسٌ فُقَرَاءُ . فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ عَلَيْهِ شَيْئًا .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Imran ibn Husayn: A servant of some poor people cut off the ear of the servant of some rich people. His people came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: Messenger of Allah! we are poor people. So he imposed no compensation on them
Traduction en ourdou
عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ فقیر لوگوں کے ایک غلام نے کچھ مالدار لوگوں کے ایک غلام کا کان کاٹ لیا، تو جس غلام نے کان کاٹا تھا اس کے مالکان نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آ کر کہا: اللہ کے رسول! ہم فقیر لوگ ہیں، تو آپ نے ان پر کوئی دیت نہیں ٹھہرائی۔
