Hadith 4471 — Livre 40: Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud)
كتاب الحدود
Cette tradition a été rapportée par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه du Prophète ﷺ. Cette version précise : Il a dit chaque fois : « Il doit lui donner la correction appropriée selon le Livre d’Allah, mais sans l’insulter. » Il a dit une quatrième fois : « Si elle recommence, il doit lui donner la correction appropriée selon le Livre d’Allah, puis la vendre, même si ce n’est que pour une corde de cheveux. »

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُفَيْلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ فِي كُلِّ مَرَّةٍ " فَلْيَضْرِبْهَا كِتَابُ اللَّهِ وَلاَ يُثَرِّبْ عَلَيْهَا " . وَقَالَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ " فَإِنْ عَادَتْ فَلْيَضْرِبْهَا كِتَابُ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ لْيَبِعْهَا وَلَوْ بِحَبْلٍ مِنْ شَعْرٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
This tradition has been transmitted by Abu Hurairah from the Prophet (ﷺ). This version has:He said each time: He should give her the appropriate beating according to Allah’s Book, but not Hurl reproaches at her. He said a fourth time: If she does it again, he should give her the appropriate beating according to Allah’s Book, and then should sell her even if only for a rope of hair

اس سند سے بھی ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے یہی حدیث مرفوعاً مروی ہے، اس میں ہے کہ ہر بار اسے اللہ کی کتاب کے موافق یعنی پچاس کوڑے مارے ۱؎ اور صرف ڈانٹ ڈپٹ کر نہ چھوڑ دے، یا حد لگانے کے بعد پھر نہ ڈانٹے، اور چوتھی بار میں فرمایا: اگر وہ پھر زنا کرے تو پھر اسے اللہ کی کتاب کے موافق حد لگائے، پھر چاہیئے کہ اسے بیچ دے، گو بال کی ایک رسی ہی کے بدلے کیوں نہ ہو۔
