Hadith 4470 — Livre 40: Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud)

Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Lorsque l’esclave d’un d’entre vous commet la fornication, il doit lui infliger la peine prescrite, mais sans l’insulter. Cela doit être fait jusqu’à trois fois. Si elle recommence une quatrième fois, il doit la fouetter et la vendre, même si ce n’est que pour une corde de cheveux. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا زَنَتْ أَمَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلْيَحُدَّهَا وَلاَ يُعَيِّرْهَا ثَلاَثَ مِرَارٍ فَإِنْ عَادَتْ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا وَلْيَبِعْهَا بِضَفِيرٍ أَوْ بِحَبْلٍ مِنْ شَعْرٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Hurairah reported the Prophet (ﷺ) as saying:When the slave-woman of any of you commits fornication, he should inflict the prescribed punishment on her, but not hurl reproaches at her. This is to be done up to three times. If she a fourth time, he should flog her, and sell her even if only for a rope of hair
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب تم میں سے کسی کی لونڈی زنا کرے تو اس پر حد قائم کرنا چاہیئے، یہ نہیں کہ اسے ڈانٹ ڈپٹ کر چھوڑ دے، ایسا وہ تین بار کرے، پھر اگر وہ چوتھی بار بھی زنا کرے تو چاہیئے کہ ایک رسی کے عوض یا بال کی رسی کے عوض اسے بیچ دے ۔
