Hadith 4409 — Livre 40: Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud)

Rapporté par AbuDharr رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ m’a dit : « Ô AbuDharr ! » J’ai répondu : « Je suis à ton service et à ton plaisir, Messager d’Allah ! » Il a dit : « Que feras-tu quand la mort frappera les gens, et qu’une tombe coûtera aussi cher qu’un esclave ? » J’ai dit : « Allah et Son Messager savent mieux, ou bien : Ce qu’Allah et Son Messager choisiront pour moi. » Il a dit : « Sois patient, ou bien : Tu peux faire preuve de patience. » Abu Dawud a dit : Hammad b. Abi Sulaiman a dit : « La main de celui qui pille une tombe doit être coupée car il est entré dans la maison du défunt. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ، عَنِ الْمُشَعَّثِ بْنِ طَرِيفٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، قَالَ قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ " . قُلْتُ لَبَّيْكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَسَعْدَيْكَ . فَقَالَ " كَيْفَ أَنْتَ إِذَا أَصَابَ النَّاسَ مَوْتٌ يَكُونُ الْبَيْتُ فِيهِ بِالْوَصِيفِ " . يَعْنِي الْقَبْرَ . قُلْتُ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ أَوْ مَا خَارَ اللَّهُ لِي وَرَسُولُهُ . قَالَ " عَلَيْكَ بِالصَّبْرِ " . أَوْ قَالَ " تَصْبِرُ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَمَّادُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ يُقْطَعُ النَّبَّاشُ لأَنَّهُ دَخَلَ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ بَيْتَهُ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated AbuDharr: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to me: O AbuDharr: I replied: At your service and at your pleasure, Messenger of Allah! He said: how will you do when death smites people, and a house, meaning a grave, will cost as much as a slave. I said: Allah and His Apostle know best, or he said: What Allah and His Apostle choose for me. He said: Show endurance, or he said: You may show endurance. Abu Dawud said: Hammad b. Abi Sulaiman said: The hand of one who rifles a grave should be cut off because he had entered the deceased's house
Traduction en ourdou
ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ مجھ سے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ابوذر! میں نے کہا: حاضر ہوں، اور حکم بجا لانے کے لیے تیار ہوں، اللہ کے رسول! آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اس وقت تمہارا کیا حال ہو گا جب لوگوں کو موت پہنچے گی اور گھر یعنی قبر ایک خادم کے بدلہ میں خریدی جائیگی؟ میں نے عرض کیا: اللہ اور اس کے رسول کو زیادہ معلوم ہے، یا جو اللہ اور اس کے رسول کو پسند ہو، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: صبر کو لازم پکڑنا یا فرمایا: اس دن صبر کرنا ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: حماد بن ابی سلیمان کہتے ہیں: کفن چور کا ہاتھ کاٹا جائے گا کیونکہ وہ میت کے گھر میں گھسا ہے۔
