Hadith 4403 — Livre 40: Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud)
كتاب الحدود
Rapporté par Ali ibn AbuTalib رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Il y a trois personnes dont les actes ne sont pas inscrits : une personne qui dort jusqu’à son réveil, un garçon jusqu’à ce qu’il atteigne la puberté, et une personne folle jusqu’à ce qu’elle retrouve la raison. » Abu Dawud a dit : Ibn Juraij l’a transmis d’Al-Qasim b. Yazid d’après ‘Ali du Prophète ﷺ. Cette version ajoute : « et un vieil homme qui a perdu la raison. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلاَثَةٍ عَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ وَعَنِ الصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ وَعَنِ الْمَجْنُونِ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ رَوَاهُ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رضى الله عنه عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم زَادَ فِيهِ " وَالْخَرِفِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: There are three (persons) whose actions are not recorded: a sleeper till he awakes, a boy till he reaches puberty, and a lunatic till he comes to reason. Abu Dawud said: Ibn Juraij has transmitted it from Al-Qasim b. Yazid on the authority of 'Ali from the Prophet (ﷺ). This version adds: "and an old man who is feeble-minded
Traduction en ourdou
علی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: قلم تین آدمیوں سے اٹھا لیا گیا ہے: سوئے ہوئے شخص سے یہاں تک کہ وہ بیدار ہو جائے، بچے سے یہاں تک کہ وہ بالغ ہو جائے، اور دیوانے سے یہاں تک کہ اسے عقل آ جائے ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: اسے ابن جریج نے قاسم بن یزید سے انہوں نے علی رضی اللہ عنہ سے، علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے مرفوعاً روایت کیا ہے، اور اس میں کھوسٹ بوڑھے کا اضافہ ہے۔
