Rapporté par Jabir ibn Abdullah رضي الله عنه : Il a aussi rapporté par cette chaîne : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « On ne coupe pas la main à celui qui trahit. »

Texte arabe original
وَبِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَيْسَ عَلَى الْخَائِنِ قَطْعٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: He also said through this chain: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Cutting of the hand is not to be inflicted on one who is treacherous

اور اسی سند سے مروی ہے جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: امانت میں خیانت کرنے والے کا ہاتھ نہیں کاٹا جائے گا ۔
