Rapporté par Jabir ibn Abdullah رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « On ne coupe pas la main à celui qui pille, mais celui qui pille ouvertement ne fait pas partie des nôtres. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُنْتَهِبِ قَطْعٌ وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً مَشْهُورَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Cutting of hand is not to be inflicted on one who plunders, but he who plunders conspicuously does not belong to us
Traduction en ourdou
جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اعلانیہ زبردستی کسی کا مال لے کر بھاگ جانے والے کا ہاتھ نہیں کاٹا جائے گا ۱؎، اور جو اعلانیہ کسی کا مال لوٹ لے وہ ہم میں سے نہیں ۔
