Hadith 4367 — Livre 40: Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud)

La tradition mentionnée ci-dessus a aussi été transmise par Anas b. Malik avec une chaîne différente. Cette version dit : Anas a dit : « J’ai vu l’un d’eux mordre la terre avec sa bouche à cause de la soif, et c’est ainsi qu’ils sont morts. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا ثَابِتٌ، وَقَتَادَةُ، وَحُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، ذَكَرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ أَنَسٌ فَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ أَحَدَهُمْ يَكْدِمُ الأَرْضَ بِفِيهِ عَطَشًا حَتَّى مَاتُوا .
Traduction anglaise
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Anas. B. Malik through a different chain of narrators. This version has :Anas said : I saw one of them biting the earth with this mouth (teeth) on account of thirst and this they died

انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے بھی یہی حدیث مروی ہے اس میں انس کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے ان میں سے ایک شخص کو دیکھا کہ وہ پیاس کی وجہ سے زمین کو اپنے منہ سے کاٹتا تھا یہاں تک کہ وہ سب ( پیاس سے تڑپ تڑپ کر ) مر گئے۔
