Hadith 4366 — Livre 40: Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud)

La tradition mentionnée ci-dessus a aussi été transmise par Anas b. Malik avec une chaîne différente. Cette version dit : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a envoyé des gens experts pour les poursuivre et ils ont été ramenés. Allah, le Très-Haut, a alors révélé le verset à ce sujet : « Le châtiment de ceux qui font la guerre à Allah et à Son Messager et s’efforcent de semer la corruption sur la terre… »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ح، وَحَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ - عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ فِيهِ فَبَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي طَلَبِهِمْ قَافَةً فَأُتِيَ بِهِمْ . قَالَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى فِي ذَلِكَ { إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الأَرْضِ فَسَادًا } الآيَةَ .
Traduction anglaise
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Anas. B. Malik through a different chain of narrators. This version says :The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent some people who were experts in tracking in pursuit of them and they were brought (to him). Allah , the Exalted, then revealed the verse about it : “ The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and his Apostle and strive for mischief through the land

انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے بھی یہی حدیث مروی ہے اس میں ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کے تعاقب میں کچھ مخبر بھیجے تو انہیں پکڑ کر لایا گیا، تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس سلسلہ میں آیت کریمہ «إنما جزاء الذين يحاربون الله ورسوله ويسعون في الأرض فسادا» جو اللہ اور اس کے رسول سے لڑیں اور زمین میں فساد کرتے پھریں ان کی سزا یہی ہے کہ وہ قتل کر دئیے جائیں ( سورۃ المائدہ: ۳۳ ) اتاری۔
