Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Si un esclave est possédé par deux hommes et que l’un d’eux affranchit sa part, on fixera un prix pour l’esclave, ni plus ni moins, et il sera affranchi par celui qui est riche. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا كَانَ الْعَبْدُ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ فَأَعْتَقَ أَحَدُهُمَا نَصِيبَهُ فَإِنْ كَانَ مُوسِرًا يُقَوَّمُ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَةً لاَ وَكْسَ وَلاَ شَطَطَ ثُمَّ يُعْتَقُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn 'Umar reported the Prophet (ﷺ) as saying:If a man is shared by two men, and one of them emancipates his share, a price of the slave will be fixed, not more or less, and he will be emancipated by him in case he is rich
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب غلام دو آدمیوں کے درمیان مشترک ہو پھر ان میں سے ایک شخص اپنا حصہ آزاد کر دے تو اگر آزاد کرنے والا مالدار ہو تو اس غلام کی واجبی قیمت ٹھہرائی جائے گی نہ کم نہ زیادہ پھر وہ غلام آزاد کر دیا جائے گا ۱؎ ۔
