Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Si un homme affranchit sa part dans un esclave, le reste sera affranchi avec son argent s’il a assez d’argent pour payer le prix total. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي عَبْدٍ عَتَقَ مِنْهُ مَا بَقِيَ فِي مَالِهِ إِذَا كَانَ لَهُ مَا يَبْلُغُ ثَمَنَ الْعَبْدِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn 'Umar reported the Prophet (ﷺ) as saying:If a man emancipates his share in a slave, the rest will be emancipated by his money if he has enough money to pay the full price for him
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو شخص ( مشترک ) غلام میں سے اپنا حصہ آزاد کر دے تو جتنا حصہ باقی بچا ہے وہ بھی اسی کے مال سے آزاد ہو گا بشرطیکہ اس کے پاس اتنا مال ہو کہ وہ غلام کی قیمت کو پہنچ سکے ۔
