Rapporté par Abd Allah b. Zaid : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ est sorti au lieu de prière pour demander la pluie. Quand il a voulu invoquer, il s’est tourné vers la qibla et a retourné son manteau

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ بِلاَلٍ - عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ زَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَرَجَ إِلَى الْمُصَلَّى يَسْتَسْقِي وَأَنَّهُ لَمَّا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَدْعُوَ اسْتَقْبَلَ الْقِبْلَةَ ثُمَّ حَوَّلَ رِدَاءَهُ .
Traduction anglaise
Abd Allah b. Zaid said:The Messenger of Allah (pbuh)went out to the place of prayer to pray for rain. When he wanted to make supplication, he faced the qiblah and turned around his cloak

عبداللہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم عید گاہ کی طرف بارش طلب کرنے کی غرض سے نکلے، جب آپ نے دعا کرنے کا ارادہ کیا تو قبلہ رخ ہوئے پھر اپنی چادر پلٹی۔
